How Does it Work?
3-5 Years of Guaranteed Rent
We offer First class shared housing (HMO) and service accommodation for tenants and guarantee the rent to landlords for the full duration of the management agreement with no hidden fees.
Cosmetic Refurbishing
We will carry out a cosmetic refurb to bring the property up to a first-class standard and attract high quality tenants
Scheduled Tenant Viewing
We will conduct viewings with our clients to house the best professional tenants for you, whilst this is happening, we pay you regardless of the void period
Management and Maintenance
Once the tenants are in, we will take over the complete management/maintenance of the property and relationship with tenants giving you a hassle -free experience
